Omakase is the Japanese tradition of letting a chef choose your order. The word means "I will leave it to you." It's a tradition that gives our chef the creative freedom and our customer a memorable experience.  With each visit different from the last, our chef will be offering different parts of a wide variety of fish, vegetables, beef, or even lamb. 

Omakase involves a greater social interaction with our chef, earning you more attention and an explanation of each dish. In return, it is only polite to eat the entire dish you're offered.
